Each year I have held Initiation groups, spreading learning and healing over a year then completing in an off grid initiation full of magic and ritual, channelling the Goddess through us, through the earth.
This year I'm told to cut out all the preparation and get straight down into the Initiation. Life over the last 6 years has
been your preparation. Now it is simply time.
If you a feeling trepidation yet a deep inner knowing that you need this, that you are ready, step in.
If you are thinking of plant medicine but want something of your lineage instead, of your land, step in.
If you are facing a big life change but have no way of marking it, of shedding the old and rebirthing into your newness, step in.
If you want to experience an ancient Initiation ritual that is just yours. Channeled for you. Step in.

IMPORTANT: If you have not worked with Ruth before, you will need to book a discovery call before committing.
This is to ensure it's a good fit.

This is not for you if:
You have no awareness of your triggers or how to work with them.
You have any significant mental health issues especially psychosis.
You want a comfortable or gentle retreat.
You are not interested in going deep into your psyche.
You would be unprepared to be cold or wet or wash in a river.
You are uninterested in receiving direction channelled via the Goddess (likely to be uncomfortable or triggering to support you in facing yourself).

1. Booking & Payments
- All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and full payments, regardless of circumstance.
- Payment plans must be completed in full, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments will result in cancellation of participation, without refund.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- In the event that you need to cancel, no refunds or transfers to future events will be provided.
- Rescheduling for 1:1 sessions is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session will not be accommodated and payment will be forfeited.
3. Participant Responsibility
- You are responsible for your own well-being and engagement during sessions. While support and guidance are provided, personal transformation is self-led.
- These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional.
- Respectful participation is required. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
4. Event Changes & Liability
- In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances, the facilitator reserves the right to modify session details or dates. Participants will be notified accordingly.
- The facilitator is not liable for any personal injuries, travel disruptions, or losses incurred before, during, or after participation.
- Any travel or accommodation booked in relation to the event is the participant’s sole responsibility.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All teachings, materials, and practices shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of the facilitator. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission. You are welcome to use the teachings if crediting Ruth Cato.
- Personal discussions within group work must be treated with respect and confidentiality.
