It is the warmth in your body. The truth that rises before you have found the words for it. The part of you that knows when something is right, when something is not, and when you have moved too far away from yourself. Your sensuality was never meant to be a performance.

Within Devotion, you will begin to hold it as a sacred life-force. Something that belongs to you. Something that can bring you into deeper relationship with your body, your choices, the earth beneath you and the spirit moving through all things.

This work brings together embodiment, nervous system regulation, sensual intelligence, magic, boundaries, nature-based spirituality and God/Goddess worship.

It is devotion to yourself, to the earth, perhaps to a lover, and to the divine within and around you.

There are times when we become separated from ourselves.

We carry too much. We move from one thing to another without noticing that our body is tired, our inner voice has grown quiet and the relationship we once felt with the living world has become harder to reach.

Devotion is a way back.

Through the teachings, practices and rituals, you are invited to meet yourself with steadiness, softness and truth. To feel what is here without shutting it down or making it wrong. To know where you end and another begins. To take responsibility for your feelings, your needs and the life you are creating.

You will explore how it feels to meet yourself first, and then meet the other in ways of awe, respect and love.

Over time, this becomes a practice you can carry into your ordinary days.

A way to tend to your nervous system. To hear your inner compass. To remember that your body is part of nature, not separate from it. To live from devotion rather than depletion.

Devotion carries the ancient current of Inanna and Ishtar, the Babylonian current of courage, truth and embodied love.

Here, the Goddess is more than a story held at a distance.

You are invited to experience Her as a living presence. Within your body. Within the land. Within your choices, your sensuality and the places where you are being asked to become more honest.

This is a modern and ethical way of meeting the Goddess through your own embodied experience.

You will be invited to notice Her without handing your power away. To feel your own inner authority becoming clearer. To honour the divine through the way you live, the way you choose and the way you meet yourself.

Devotion was originally held as a live six-week programme. The six calls have now been gathered into a self-paced course so you can move through the work in your own time.

You will receive lifetime access to all six recorded teachings, their written materials, and the practices and resources held inside the course portal.

The work includes meditations and nervous system tools, embodiment and embodied presence practices, nature connections, rituals, movement, dance and journeys through the elements.

You will meet Water through journey and embodied reverence. You will work with Flame through candle practice, sun worship and inner fire dance. You will explore Air through the senses, nature connection and a drum journey to meet the spirit of Air.

There are also teachings and resources around Babylon and the Goddess, an invocation to the Goddess, a protection practice, guidance for crafting your own ritual, and additional playlists, podcasts and inspiration.

Some practices may meet you immediately. Others may sit quietly until you are ready for them.

There is no need to rush through any of it.

Devotion is designed to be returned to.

The same practice may reveal something entirely different as you move through another season of your life.

Devotion is for the woman who can feel that something within her wants to come home.

You may be longing to feel grounded in your body again. To soften the strain held in your nervous system. To hear your intuition more clearly and trust what it is telling you.

You may want a relationship with sensuality that feels alive, honest and yours. A relationship with spirit that can be felt in your bones, in the land and in the way you live.

Perhaps you are ready to meet the Goddess as a living presence, rather than an idea.

Perhaps you want a devotional practice that can hold you through change and keep bringing you back to your own centre.

You do not have to arrive perfectly regulated, deeply spiritual or certain of what you believe.

Come as you are. Come willing to feel, to listen and to take responsibility for what you find.

My work is rooted in the body, nature, spirit and the unseen. I work with shamanic practices, energy, embodied awareness and connection with the natural world. I believe there must be room for all of our feelings to be felt. The grief, anger, joy, fear, desire and truth that live within us are all asking to be met with attention rather than judgement.

My role is to hold space for that meeting while helping you return to your own power, your own knowing and your own relationship with spirit.

I am trained in Shamanic Womancraft, Sacred Sexuality through Shamanic Temple Rites, and Boundaries and Safer Spaceholding for Trauma.

Devotion brings these threads together. It comes from my own relationship with the Goddess, the earth and the body, and from the ceremonial work I feel called to carry.

1. Booking & Payments
- All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and full payments, regardless of circumstance.
- Payment plans must be completed in full, as agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments will result in cancellation of participation, without refund.

2. Telegram
You will have lifetime access to a telegram group where you can ask Ruth questions. Everything in this group is to be kept confidential. Ruth will check this group once a week.

3. Participant Responsibility
- You are responsible for your own well-being and engagement. While support and guidance are provided, personal transformation is self-led.
- This program is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional.
- Respectful participation is required. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Ruth may update, replace or add to the course materials over time.

The Devotion Telegram group is available for questions connected directly with the course. Ruth checks the group approximately once each week to answer questions and offer guidance. The group is not continuously monitored and does not provide immediate or live coaching support.

What is shared within the group must remain confidential. Please do not share another woman’s name, story or experience outside the space without her clear permission.
